A lot of reactionaries will joke that “communists want to take your toothbrush” etc., which is kind of ironic because what we’re seeing now is the capitalist economy doing just that; with things like Uber and Lyft other people use your car, with Airbnb other people live in your house, with a recent startup called Omni other people would store items in any extra space you have. As a worker, you’re already forced to compete on the market for money to pay the bills, so anyone not doing this will be at a disadvantage compared to everyone else. If you’re especially poor, using “services” like these to rent out yourself and your personal property for money becomes mandatory for survival.
Every part of your existence must be monetized if you want to keep living, not to mention just having a decent life.

Like those pictures she took were both dismissals of beauty standards (she mostly photographed fat people who were not conventionally attractive and she referred to them in awe as beautiful) and subversions of the dehumanization tourists subjected her to as a native Hawaiian (she photographed tourists like they were simply part of the landscape, just as they did to her).
Every year, the richest person in America is declared the “Winner of Capitalism.” They get a badge. Then all of their wealth is donated to charity and they have to start over at $0.
This procedure results in the worlds richest people donating excessive amounts of money ahead of the event in an attempt to avoid being hit by a real life blue shell. Thus adding to the overall annual donation.
